Because sometimes you change your mind. Returns are accepted on full-price merchandise. Returns are also accepted on the 10% Sign Up discount for The Eleventh online store. 

Return Conditions

The original swing tag is required to be attached and the product must be unused and in mint condition. Once the item arrives in our warehouse, it will be assessed and your pending return request will be approved on the basis of the return conditions being met.

Can I return sale items?

If you are using a promotional discount or offer, items can be returned for a online gift card. 
Final sale items - unless deemed faulty. Items on final clearance are for final sale with no returns, exchanges or store credits granted unless there is a fault.

Do you provide a full refund?

Yes. Based on our return conditions being met, we provide a full refund on full-price merchandise. Your return will be processed via the method of payment made on the purchase less the original shipping fee if there was one. 

Can I return it to a store?

Online returns must be returned via the online return portal.

Can I exchange my order?

We don’t currently offer exchanges due to the high sell through of stock.

How do you process a return payment?

It is processed via your original method of payment, including Afterpay.

Do you offer a warranty?

In Australia you have the right under a consumer guarantee for goods to be replaced within a reasonable amount of time if deemed faulty. However given the wear and tear by nature of the product sold and price point, these factors need to be considered if pursuing a claim. As the seller we also have the right to deem a product as being misused.
